Shipping & Delivery

At this time, A Hole in The Sky ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. For smoking accessories, drug test kits and synthetic urine,  we can only ship to states where it is legal (sorry Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Illnois and Louisianna)  and the buyer certifies that they are 18 years or older.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase we can issue a refund or replacement product depending on the circumstances.
